ONE-ON-ONE
All private Personal Training sessions are 1-hour in length and include a program custom tailored to your needs and goals. With over 10 highly educated and motivated Certified Personal Trainers, BPM’s private studio provides everything you need to have a fun and effective workout. At over 3,500 square feet, tons of open space, high ceilings, state-of-the-art equipment, and enough weight for the Hulk, BPM is well positioned to help you elevate your skills.
GROUP
The benefits of one-on-one with the energy and camaraderie of a group! Our Coaches carefully put together groups of athletes to work toward similar goals and outcomes. Perfect for any sport whether its Baseball, Football, Rugby, Soccer – or Pickleball! All group sessions are 1-1.5 hours in length and include 2-30 other Youth Athletes. Regardless of your sport, our Coaches are deeply committed to your results and success in the gym and in your respective sport.
