PERSONAL TRAINING ASSESSMENT
Every Client begins their Personal Training journey with a complimentary Fitness Assessment. This 60-minute session will help you discover if training is right for you. In the assessment, you’ll tour our private studio, learn about training, and training options, as well as experience BPM’s custom-tailored movement and mobility screen.

PERSONAL TRAINING: WHAT YOU GET
Every private Personal Training session is 1-hour in length and includes a workout program custom tailored to your needs and goals, plus nutritional support, and additional fitness support. Clients will also receive an at-home/on their own workout program in our custom App that allows them to track their workouts, see video demos, and stay in touch with their Trainer. Custom Nutrition Plans and Nutrition Coaching are also available. Accountability, motivation, and personalized guidance are just a few benefits of hiring a Trainer to efficiently achieve your health and fitness goals.
