Each RMT session is 30 to 60-minutes individualized to your wants and needs, which we assess on a day to day basis. Gauge will educate and guide you in the right direction by providing a thorough assessment and hands on treatment. We’re all at different stages of change, growth and development and Gauge aims to meet you where you’re at.
A 30-minute massage is perfect for quick follow-ups or maintenance of specific issues. It provides targeted relief, ensuring your problem areas get the attention they need in a short time.
Ideal for a focused assessment and treatment of a particular concern, the 45-minute session allows for deeper attention to your issue. It’s the perfect length for addressing areas that require more precision without taking too much time.
The 60-minute massage is ideal for assessing and treating multiple issues in one session. Whether it’s tension across different areas or a series of problems, this time frame offers a comprehensive treatment approach.
This off-table, clothed treatment is designed for a thorough assessment and treatment of long-standing injuries or clients seeking significant, lasting improvements. By combining active client movement with therapist-applied techniques, it takes place in an open space where movement patterns can be analyzed, adjusted, and complemented with stretches, exercises, and personalized homecare recommendations.
