BPM’s Personal Training Referral Program rewards you with 2 bonus sessions and your friend (the referrer) with 2 FREE sessions just for sharing the fitness love!

Here’s how it works:

1. A BPM member/client/clinic refers a friend, family member, co-worker, or spouse to this page. 

2. The individual being referred completes the form below and gets started with training. 

3. BPM gives your friend 2 free sessions and you receive 2 FREE sessions!
