1. Do you accommodate for allergies and intolerances?

Yes, all Nutrition Plans or Coaching take into account your unique considerations like allergies, intolerances, likes, and dislikes.

2. Is this good for vegans, vegetarians, or pescatarians?

Yes, we’re happy to accommodate various diet considerations. We have a ton of experience creating meals and plans for a variety of dietary restrictions.

3. What does the meal plan look like?

We use an app that’s easy to use and follow. In it, we custom-tailor a meal plan, habits, goals, macros, calories, check-ins, and more! Plus it provides 2-way communication.

4. What’s the best Plan for me?

The best plan depends on your own motivation/accountability. If you need more support in this area then elevate or excel would be the better options. If you’re self-directed then Focus is the best option. Alternatively, many self-directed people benefit from Coaching only.
