1. What types of classes do you offer?
We offer a variety of classes designed for all fitness levels. Try out high-energy HIIT, cardio focused HYROX, skill-based Cross Con, Strength Con, Bootcamp, or Open Access. Each class is constantly varied and tailored to provide a unique experience, so there’s something for everyone!

2. How do I sign up or book a class?
Booking a class is easy! You can reserve your spot through our schedule, via the MindBody app, or if you’re having troubles just give us a call at 778-430-3113. If you have questions, our team is here to help walk you through the process.

3. What should I expect in terms of class intensity and format?
Our classes vary in intensity, but each workout is your own. You gauge the intensity that’s right for you. Our Coaches are very accommodating for various intensity levels and are happy to provide alternatives, regressions, or progressions depending on your comfort level. We’ll always meet you where you’re at! 

4. What should I bring or wear to class?
Please wear comfortable, workout-friendly attire and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. 

5. How many people are usually in a class, and do I need to arrive early?
Class sizes vary, but most are capped to ensure a quality experience. Pre-registration is required, especially during peak times. Arriving 5-10 minutes early allows time to settle in and, if you’re new, to meet the Coach.

6. Who are the Coaches, and what can I expect from their teaching style?
Our Coaches are highly trained and bring a variety of skills and styles to each class. They’re dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment to help you meet your goals, no matter your experience level.

7. Are there any safety or health precautions I should know about?
Your safety is our priority. We offer modifications for all fitness levels and encourage you to listen to your body. If you have any specific health concerns, feel free to discuss them with the instructor before class.

8. What’s included in the intro pass, and what’s next after it expires?
With the intro pass, you’ll enjoy access to every classes, depending on the offer. Afterward, we’d be happy to discuss membership options and exclusive packages to keep you on track with your fitness journey.

9. Can I get personalized guidance?

FITNESS CLASSES & PERSONAL TRAINING

STRENGTH CON

STRENGTH CON - BPM Fitness Center

This 60-minute class focuses on building strength, developing proper exercise mechanics, learning new skills, and improving overall conditioning. Perfect for any ability and any age, StrengthCon is programmed over 20-weeks using undulating periodization to progressively make you stronger and build more muscle. At the end of the programming cycle, you'll test a 1-Rep Max (pure strength) across a variety of exercises. Just show up and let our Coaches guide you every step of the way. 

 

BOOTCAMP

BootCamp - BMP Fitness Center

This 60-minute class is a fan favourite! Bootcamp is a full-body workout that incorporates intervals, circuit training, and functional exercises using a variety of equipment to build strength, improve cardio, and have a ton of fun. Every week, the load and intensity undulates in order to keep your body guessing and growing.

CROSS CON

CROSS CON BPM Fitness Center

Cross Conditioning classes are constantly varied, high-intensity, workouts. This 45-60 minute class incorporates a variety of modalities like Olympic lifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, and functional exercises to serve up fun workouts that keep you guessing. Every 4-weeks, this class focuses on a different exercises skill, so you're always learning and improving.

HYROX

HYROX BPM Fitness Center 

BPM is Victoria's first HYROX affiliate and we are proud to offer this 60-minute class focused on improving the strength and endurance required for the Hyrox competition. Whether you're new to exercise or a seasoned competitor, Hyrox is an accessible class perfect for anyone who wants to improve their overall physical fitness.

HIIT

HIIT Express BPM Fitness Center 

This 45 to 60-minute high-intensity interval training class is perfect for anyone looking to get an efficient full-body workout that'll challenge your cardio and improve your overall conditioning using barbells, dumbbells, bands and everything in between. Every week, the time interval, load, and intensity changes to keep your body guessing and sweating. This class is great for any skill-set.
