Description

This 60-minute HYROX class is a comprehensive training session designed to prepare participants for the unique demands of the HYROX fitness competition, which integrates endurance, strength, and functional movement into a single, standardized event.
Each class focuses on improving cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, agility, and overall physical conditioning through a variety of exercises that mirror the challenges found in a HYROX competition. Appropriate for any fitness level, new to exercise or seasoned athlete, give HYROX a try today!

Warm-Up

Your Coach is ready to help you get the most of your workout with a 5 to 10-minute warm-up that’ll get your heart pumping, muscles thumping, and body ready for action.

Demonstration + Skill

Every Hyrox class is different, and our Coaches are trained to get you as ready as possible with exercise demonstrations and skill work. We’ll teach you the necessary techniques and biomechanics to get the most out of your workout.

Grind Time!

Get ready for 60 minutes of sweat! Our Coaches will guide you, support you, and motivate you every step of the way. Whether you’re new to exercise or a seasoned athlete, we’ve got you!

Stretch/Cool Down

This is when we cool down, focus on recovery, and celebrating one kick-ass workout. We’ll target the main muscles we used in the workout to ensure you achieve the best recovery possible.
