Every Hyrox class is different, and our Coaches are trained to get you as ready as possible with exercise demonstrations and skill work. We’ll teach you the necessary techniques and biomechanics to get the most out of your workout and succeed at the HYROX race.

The below 12-week HYROX training plans will enhance your running skills, build strength, and prepare you for the 8 HYROX stations. BPM offers a fully remote HYROX workout plan and a plan + personal training option (recommended). Both plans include 3 unique running days, 1-2 gym days, and 1 mobility/recovery day depending on the person.

Participants complete 8 functional workout stations, each preceded by a 1,000m run (1 KM), testing your stamina, power, and mental grit. The event is designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to elite athletes, with different divisions (Open, Pro, Doubles, and Relay) to match your skill level.
Unlike other races, HYROX is held indoors, providing a consistent, standardized competition worldwide, making it easy to compare results across events. Whether you’re a runner, CrossFitter, strength athlete, or novice HYROX challenges every aspect of your fitness and pushes you to your limits.
